"Air Transport Clad Pipe" is manufactured by hot extrusion of high-quality powder produced by vacuum melting and gas atomization methods. Compared to HIP, centrifugal casting, thermal spraying, and build-up welding, fine carbides are uniformly dispersed, resulting in greater hardness and excellent wear resistance. Additionally, it is possible to manufacture long, thin pipes that cannot be produced using HIP, centrifugal casting, thermal spraying, or build-up techniques. 【Features】 ■ Extremely high wear resistance, suitable for permanent solutions ■ No discoloration of pellets due to rust ■ Lighter than high chrome steel piping, making installation easier ■ Can be bent at various angles through hot bending processing ■ No cracks in the inner surface stellite alloy due to bending ■ The outer diameter is stainless steel, allowing for welding of flanges and ground lugs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
